Assisted client in the negotiation of a new Master Services Agreement for the provision of technology consulting services to a utility provider. Associated agreements included statements of work (initial SOWs involved $16MM in services), as well as a data security rider, which required negotiation with the customer's parent company in Europe.

Assisted client in the negotiation of $50MM project under existing Master Services Agreement that required eight different amendments to current agreements, along with the negotiation of four new Statements of Work. Project was completed in less than two weeks from initial draft to signatures.

Assisted client with $5.4MM purchase of AI chatbot software licenses to consolidate all customer-facing communications to one platform. Documents included Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, and order form for all licenses and associated professional services.

Advised pharmaceutical client on issues regarding compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, guidance documents and policies, including those governing promotional reviews, interactions with healthcare providers, speaker programs and sales representative activities.

Conducted an internal investigation on behalf of a pharmaceutical company arising from alleged prescription drug sample theft, loss, falsification, or diversion under the Pharmacy Drug Manufacturing Act of 1987 (PDMA), and submitted final report to the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) Center for Drug Evaluation and Research.

Prepared HIPAA gap analysis and risk assessment of medical device company’s contracts and business practices in development of a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) review management tool to simplify its contract negotiations process, provide contracting efficiencies and ensure compliance with the HIPAA Omnibus Rule .

Currently representing a major medical device company in the negotiations of a high value multi-service and sales agreement involving healthcare technology equipment and services.
